Chaplains duly elected or appointed of Fire Departments, Fire Companies and Fire Department Associations of the State of New York, including clergy and laity, will be admitted to membership.

Honorary Membership may be awarded on the recommendation of the Executive Council of this Association and a vote of the membership at the Annual Meeting.

To apply, please print and fill out THIS FORM and send a letter of request from your respective Chiefs. Also include a passport picture and a check for $15.00 (for your first year’s dues) payable to:
